Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposit (advance payment) fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

If the full surgery / treatment fee has been paid:
- Cancellations made at least 45 days (1.5 months) prior to the procedure are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 45 days before the procedure are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued once the treatment process has started.

Medical necessity cases supported by official medical reports will be reviewed individually.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method through iyzico secure payment infrastructure.

Additional Terms

The clinic shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events.

The clinic is not responsible for complications arising from incorrect or incomplete medical information provided by the patient.

Failure to comply with pre-operative or post-operative instructions does not constitute grounds for refunds.

Visa issues, flight delays, or personal travel problems are the sole responsibility of the patient.

The clinic reserves the right to cancel or postpone the procedure if the patient is medically unsuitable.
